During the tornado season, extreme weather patterns greatly affect the residents of Arkansas and Oklahoma and surrounding states. With the installation of a storm shelter in your back yard you can rest assured that your family will be protected in the event of a tornado which can come up rather abruptly. Do not hesitate, the safety of your family is important and with the addition of a storm shelter, nothing inside will perish. We currently offer three types of storm shelters all of which are FEMA approved and come with a 5 year leakage warrantee.
Our Hillside model is a great storm shelter for the elderly as it does not include any stairs in order to gain access to the cellar. The hillside model is great for properties with a slope in the landscape. This model is 6ft X 8ft in size and comes with a high ceiling for easy movement while inside the shelter. As there is no ground entrance for this model all you need to do is get to it, walk through the door and enter your safe haven. This model includes reinforced concrete which creates thicker walls and a steel door for added protection against the elements.
The Half Buried model is FEMA approved and is great for protecting your family. This model will be installed in your backyard and half of the shelter will be buried into the ground for added protection to yourself and the shelter. This model comes with stairs to enter the shelter that leads down to the bunker. This model is $3,500 with a rock clause included and don’t forget about the $1,000 rebate from FEMA that will be given back to you if you apply for it. Take a look at the features of our half buried model.
The Full Buried Model will be completely buried into the ground on your property. All of our storm shelters are safe but this model gives people some added comfort knowing that they are completely underground. The reinforced concrete makes for thicker walls and the steel door is impenetrable. The full buried model is $3,800 and includes a rock clause. This model includes stairs and handrails can be attached for an added cost. Since it is FEMA approved they will provide you a $1,000 rebate if you are interested. Take a look at the features below.
